Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for TeleWell products should be primary handled via the retailer who have sold the unit(s).

TeleWell Oy will not replace any units without appropriate tests and repair actions.

Should the returned unit(s) work without any problems in tests performed by TeleWell Oy, a 20 EUR handling fee is invoiced (excluding the fees caused by returning the unit to the customer).
